Key Responsibilities
· Execute tickets effectively and efficiently during service
· Set up, stock and break down station
· Preparing ingredients: chopping, portioning proteins, building sauces
· Maintain food safety and sanitation at all times
· Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH teams at all times
· Follow all recipes, portion guides, and standards
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements
· Kitchen experience preferred
· Ability to work flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
· Team first, selfless attitude toward teammates
