FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a Cover Charge? NO WAY! The Festival is FREE & OPEN TO ALL. That said, if you want to imbibe those puckering brews, you’ll need to purchase a festival cup.
Will the tap room be open prior to the festival? No. The tap room and festival grounds will open promptly at 3pm.
How Much Are Festival Cups? Get your fill in the 12 oz. Angry Bear Goblet for $6 or snag one of the limited edition 16 oz. insulated MiiR tumblers OR Steins at the merch table for $40 while supplies last. All festival vessels are available for presale in the tap room
Age Restrictions: All bears must be 21+, baby bears will not be permitted
Can I use my festival cup from last year? YES! Bring it with, we’ll fill it!
Can I bring in water? NO CARRY INS WILL BE PERMITTED. You are welcome to bring a water bottle, but it must be filled within the festival grounds.
Restrooms: Since trees on Spring Street are sparse, we’ve upped the number of restrooms for all you Angry Bears. Upstairs, downstairs and a line of port-a-potties outside the tent.
Is the festival heated? Spring is here, but we know that April in the U.P. can be a mixed bag. Tents will be heated, but we advise everyone to dress as appropriately or inappropriately as they feel comfortable with.
Can I bring my pet? Unfortunately no. Leave the fur at home unless you’re wearing it
What’s all this about tokens? We’ve implemented a token system for this year so we can speed up the beer lines and keep your cup full! We are also making the festival tip-less, as gratuity is included in each pour.
Tip-Less? Yeah, you read that right. A portion of each purchase goes directly to our service team. If you want to go above and beyond, tokens, cash, and/or kindness will be graciously accepted at all bars.
Can I purchase tokens in advance? Yes you can! Token and cup packages are available for presale the week before the festival. There will also be two token locations inside the festival if you need to re-supply. (The merchandise table will accept cash/cc/tokens). Tokens are $3/each.
What’s the Exchange Rate for tokens? Tokens will cost $3 a piece with pours ranging from 1 to 3 tokens.
Leftover tokens? Don’t fret, tokens can be used in the taproom for the rest of April!
