Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences through your culinary expertise.

Duties

● Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
● Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, fryers, and ovens.
● Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen management team.
● Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
● Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.

Qualifications

● Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning.
● Familiarity with food handling guidelines and safety regulations.
● Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
● Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
